SalesFrame Support

Clear setup, privacy and troubleshooting guidance for SalesFrame on Mac.

For the quickest answer, include your Mac model, macOS version, SalesFrame version and the step that failed—without sending confidential call content.

Before you begin

SalesFrame for Mac is designed for Apple silicon running macOS 26 or later. The current setup also requires Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled, along with the relevant English speech assets. The interface is currently in English.

The native app does not require a SalesFrame login. Your core library is stored on the Mac, so keep a suitable device backup and take care when deleting the app or its data.

Start a call

If you select a browser, macOS can provide audio from more than one tab or window in that browser. Close unrelated media or use a dedicated browser window when practical.

  • Choose an account or opportunity and the methodologies you want SalesFrame to use.
  • Choose a microphone, then choose the application carrying the other side of the conversation.
  • Select Start Call. macOS may ask for microphone or system-audio permission the first time.
  • Keep the listening indicator visible and use Stop Call when the conversation ends.

If a call will not start

If the problem continues, send support the SalesFrame version, macOS version, Mac model, selected application and the step that failed. Do not email a recording, transcript, customer name, password or other confidential information unless support specifically asks for a safe diagnostic item.

  • Open SalesFrame Settings and confirm that speech transcription and Local AI both show as ready.
  • In macOS System Settings, allow SalesFrame to use the microphone and system audio when prompted.
  • Confirm the selected conversation application is open and currently producing audio.
  • Refresh the audio list after opening or changing the conversation application.
  • Check available disk space, then quit and reopen SalesFrame if a permission or audio source remains stale.

On-device intelligence

The current Mac app uses Apple's on-device speech and language-model frameworks. It does not fall back to an external AI provider for a live call.

A transcript or recommendation can still be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. SalesFrame follows the evidence it can hear; it cannot guarantee an answer, a methodology outcome or a commercial result. Treat guidance as a prompt for your judgement, not a script or professional advice.

Your library, recordings and iCloud

Accounts, opportunities, calls, transcripts, notes and coaching outputs are stored locally. You can export a call transcript as text and a completed mixed recording as M4A when available. Deleting a call removes that call's local material.

Library sync is optional and covers accounts, opportunities, custom methodologies and selected preferences. Calls, transcripts, reviews and notes are not included. Completed recording lanes sync only when the separate recording-sync option is enabled.

Turning sync off does not erase information already in private iCloud. Local recording retention does not erase a cloud recording. Deleting a local call requests deletion of its matching cloud recording only when both library sync and recording sync are enabled at that time, and the current app does not confirm success. If either control is off, no cloud-deletion request is made. Keep the Mac online and verify the result on your other devices.

The current release does not yet offer one-click export-all or delete-all. Support can explain the available local and iCloud controls, but cannot retrieve or delete information held only on your Mac or in your private iCloud account.

Recording responsibly

You are responsible for telling participants and obtaining any consent required by law, contract or workplace policy before recording or transcribing a call. A macOS permission prompt authorises access to your device; it is not participant consent.

Do not use SalesFrame for covert, unlawful or unauthorised recording. If you are unsure what applies, pause recording and obtain advice appropriate to your location and organisation.

App Store purchases

Where SalesFrame is offered through the Mac App Store, Apple processes the purchase and determines trial eligibility, localized price, renewal and billing status. The Apple purchase sheet is the authoritative offer shown before you confirm.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting SalesFrame does not cancel a subscription. SalesFrame cannot change an Apple charge, Apple Account or App Store entitlement for you.
