Privacy Policy

How SalesFrame handles personal information across the Mac app, website and support services.

This policy explains how SalesFrame handles personal information and the choices available to you.

About this policy

ALLYCHAT PTY LTD (ABN 39 696 543 727) operates SalesFrame. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the SalesFrame Mac app, website or support services.

The information handled depends on the features and settings you choose.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, SalesFrame may handle the following categories of information:

We receive this information when you provide or import it, use a feature that creates it, visit the website, or communicate with us. Call capture begins only after you choose to start a call and grant the required system permissions.

  • Information you enter or import, such as accounts, opportunities, sales methodologies, preferences and notes.
  • Call-related information, such as microphone and selected-application audio, recordings, transcripts, call details, coaching material and generated outputs.
  • Technical information created when you use the website or request support, such as device, browser, request and error information.
  • Information you choose to provide when contacting us, requesting support or applying for early access.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and personalise SalesFrame and the features you choose to use.
  • To capture and organise calls, create transcripts and outputs, and provide sales coaching.
  • To evaluate early-access requests, provide support, investigate faults and communicate with you.
  • To protect SalesFrame, enforce our terms, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

On-device processing and iCloud

SalesFrame processes live transcription and coaching on your Mac using Apple system services. App records and call content are stored locally unless you choose a feature that uses another destination.

Optional iCloud features can copy selected SalesFrame information or recordings to your private iCloud account. These controls are optional and recording sync is managed separately. Information stored through iCloud is also governed by your agreement with Apple and Apple's privacy policy.

Turning a sync setting off stops the relevant future syncing but does not necessarily remove information already stored in iCloud.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose personal information to Apple where you use Apple platform, App Store or iCloud features; to providers that help us host, secure, communicate about and support SalesFrame; to professional advisers; or where permitted or required by law.

Where we engage a service provider to process personal information for us, we require it to use the information only for authorised purposes and to provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We may also disclose information in connection with a business transaction, or where reasonably necessary to protect SalesFrame, our users, our rights or the public.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature, comply with law, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records and protect SalesFrame. Retention may vary by information type, the settings you choose and where the information is stored.

The app provides controls to review, export or delete supported local information and to manage recording retention and optional iCloud features. Deleting local information or disabling sync may not delete an existing copy held in iCloud, a backup, or a record we must retain by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information that we hold, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing hello@salesframe.ai. We may verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Information held only on your Mac or in your private iCloud account must be managed through the app, your device or Apple's tools.

Recording and consent

A macOS permission prompt authorises access to your device; it is not participant consent.

You are responsible for giving any required notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable privacy, surveillance, workplace, confidentiality and recording laws before using call capture, recording or transcription. Do not use SalesFrame to handle information you are not authorised to process.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and the way it is handled. No device, service, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Apple and other providers may process information in Australia or other countries in which they operate. Where we arrange an overseas disclosure, we take reasonable steps required by applicable law.

Your rights and contact details

To ask a privacy question, request access or correction, or make a complaint, contact ALLYCHAT PTY LTD at hello@salesframe.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity or authority.

If an Australian privacy complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

General

SalesFrame is a business product for people aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as SalesFrame, our practices or applicable law changes. The latest version will be published at salesframe.ai/privacy, and we will provide any additional notice required by law.
